The Nikon Coolpix S9100 is a great high-performance model that is equipped with a slim new 18x optical zoom lens equivalent to 25mm-450mm. The camera is empowered with a 12.1 megapixel 1/2.3 inch type (6.16 x 4.62mm) backside illumination CMOS image sensor with superior high-speed continuous shooting performance. The Nikon COOLPIX S9100 offers a three-inch, approximately 921k-dot, wide-viewing angle clear color display TFT LCD monitor. The monitor display is bright and clear, making shooting, viewing images and applying settings easy under sunny skies or in rooms where light is reflected in the monitor. In addition, the expanded color reproduction range covers a broader range of colors for reproduction of almost the entire SRGB gamut. Now it is also easy to create dynamic vertical or horizontal panorama photos. The angle of view can be selected from 180° normal and 360° wide, the user needs to simply move the camera in the desired direction, and the camera automatically recognizes the direction in which shots should progress. Multiple shots are then combined in a single panorama photo. It features sensor shift VR mechanism, which is very effective at high zoom ranges and is powered by a rechargeable EN-EL 12 Li-ion battery. Still images are recorded in JPEG format with a maximum Image size of 4000x3000 pixels, while videos are recorded in WAV format at the best quality of 1080p (1920x1080pixels). The camera also has the internal memory of approximately 74MB and uses an SD card for external storage. So, whether captivating the adventure or loveliness of nature Nikon S9100 works great.
