Very sturdy phone Very sturdy phone. Incredibly fast & lightweight. I wanted a phone which is not very thin & sleek, but lightweight enough to be held in the hand & feel the cellphone with a solid grip without the fear of crushing the instrument. This phone seems to be the right choice at this moment. Good for browsing the net. Screen resolution is good & voice clarity on calls & media is fair. Battery life is OK as I'm charging every day since my usage is slightly on the heavier side. Placement of power/ data slot could have been on to the sides slightly higher than the current location as during the plugin its sort of a hindrance to operate the phone. I find the charging/ data cable also very short & have bought a USB extension cable for my convenience. I hope the phone stands the claim of being water/ dust & shatter resistant. I have already dropped once & nothing seems to have changed in terms of functioning. The volume control on the side is very hard to operate. Will take a while to adjust to this toughness. In built memory (RAM & ROM) are decent enough to explore the potential of the OS & related APs. Some aps are preloaded & can't be removed & occupy space in ROM without the possibility to be moved to memory card. Overall I find it as a good package in terms of ease of operation, speed, voice & display clarity, battery, memory, functionality, ruggedness & value for money. I hope Motorola provides with the software upgrades to this great phone; now since Motorola Mobility is a part of Google. 23 November, 2011
