Lava B8 is a stylish Business phone with high end features. It’s a Dual SIM Phone with connectivity options of Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPRS, EDGE and USB. It’s equipped with 3.2MP Camera and supports 16GB of External Memory, wherein 2GB Memory Card is in the box. This Dual SIM handset supports Snaptu Social Networking app and Nimbuzz Instant messenger. The Lava B8 features an MP3 player with equalizer and can connect to any universal headphone via the 3.5 mm audio port. The phone supports java apps and comes preinstalled with Opera Mini Browser. It also has G-sensor which lets you switch songs and apps just by shaking the handset, Email access, Push Mail, Torch, USB support, preinstalled Search Engines & Indian Calendar.

1 word - Superb Dont consider other -ve reviews. Every customization is possible except themes. 1)Camera 3.2 ->works charm with flash. 2)3rd Party Java apps installable. 3)To use wifi and internet you have to just configure your phone which take max 1 min , and you are ready to go. 4)Phone is easy and amazing design.looks amazing. 5)Phone is fast and smooth. 6)Battery backup is amazing 1400mah when its required is 1000mah only :). 7)Lava Pc suite is included in memory card , and it installs all drivers including connect to internet using mobile net. :D 8)Last but not least , Social networking apps need a update before using, which u can do via update option inbuilt only , so no worries. @this price i recommend this product !! 14 January, 2012

Decent Phone Hello, I am writing this review as the people who may interested with this phone may get an idea. I bought this phone last month from letsbuy and it was shipped on time and the service was pretty good. The features in this phone like Dual Sim/ WiFi/ GPRS/ IM/ etc is much useful for me and this phone more value the money we pay. General 1. Its very stylish with metallic back cover. 2. Keypad/ Track pad is decent for typing. This is my first business phone and much satisfied with Lava B8. 3. Battery life is good for my usage, I always plug into my laptop USB port for charging. 4. Audio player is good. 5. I feel that the voice quality/ clarity is somewhat lower than my previous phone Sony Ericson; but this is OK for me. 6. 2 GB memory card is a complement with this phone. 7. I used E-Book reader for open the RTF/ text files 8. 3.5 audio jack help us connect any standard audio devices to listen music PC Suite 1. The PC suite helped me to import the contacts from the CSV (excel) file, which has been exported from the old phone. 2. Connected the phone as a modem in my laptop and the internet works in the laptop. 3. The messages in the Inbox is stored as a single XML kind of file. So, it is easy to backup the text messages in the computer. Internet 1. The Opera browse is very good for the Internet browsing with bookmarking option 2. Google/ Yahoo search option available 3. Yahoo IM is working fine. Haven't tried the Skype/ Facebook/ Nimbuz 4. Downloads do have the separate window in Opera like firefox. So, we do have the control over the downloads like pause/ cancel/etc 4. YouTube video streaming is not supported I strongly recommend this phone for those who may interested in this phone. Lava B8 is a gr8 mobile with all the features....awesome mobile gr8 mobile...value for money....best in its class....i m very satisfied with Lava B8......3.2MP camera with flash, Wi-Fi, Pre-installed apps, dual sim, qwerty form factor...decent battery...2GB mem card...call/sms guard & many other useful faetures.... 30 November, 2011
