Canon brings out for you the new EOS1000 D that incorporates a range of technologies used in canons professional EOS -1 series cameras. Equipped with a DIGIC III processor, it delivers rapid operation along with an accurate color reproduction.

The DSLR EOS 1000 offers a 10.1 megapixel CMOS sensor that ensures crisp, sharp images even in low light conditions. With a stainless steel or a plastic body, it can be used under all kinds of weathers and temperatures. Weighing just 450 gm, the DSLR is easy to carry around.

The DSLR also boasts of a wide area Auto Focus System that uses 7 separate focusing points to lock onto subjects fast, making it easier for you to capture the moment. And, with its special Picture Style Presets you can have a complete control over the look of your image. It has a Predictive Auto Focus up to 10 m.

With a 2.5" LCD and a live view mode, it provides with an easy playback of the previously taken shots also. The image size varies from JPEG (L) 3889×2592 (M) 2816×1880 (S) 1936×1288.(RAW). A large, bright viewfinder allows framing of subjects even in the brightest conditions.

Its 2 GB memory card offers you continuous shooting at a speed of 3 shoots per second. It is compatible to be used with a complete range of EF /EF-S lenses, speedliteEX flash units and EOS system accessories.

Another interesting feature of Canon DSLR EOS 1000D is that it supports a wide range of menu languages making it appealing to avid photographers. Also, the built in dust prevention system (Integrated Cleaning System) in the camera helps you guard against dust.
