Key Responsibilities

As a Product Manager, the position will be responsible for driving the Online Strategy for the organization. He/she will be responsible for executing the Business/Customer need by integrating with the Technology/ Engineering Teams.
A core member in the senior management, he will be an “Out of the Box” thinker, conceptualize new product ideas and deliver them to customers. He will enhance user experience and customer stickiness.
- Responsible for the product conceptualization, definition, planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
- To provide better user experience. Drive and have a passion for customer and user engagement and research required for new products and ongoing improvements and define delighting factors that will make the product a unique, indispensable solution for customers.
- Interface with the clients to understand their requirements & provide customized services, within time/cost & quality parameters.
- Measure impact of all deliveries and back it up with appropriate data. Constantly iterating on product offerings based on feedback & data
- Create new offerings by demonstrating cohesive end-to-end thinking and partner closely with cross functional teams to define the work required to successfully deliver and realize a winning offering.
- Be the expert for a complete product solutions space by thoroughly knowing the product functionality, constraints, business process, value, customer profile and industry domain (across core processes), how it’s used, and where it meets or fails to meet customer needs, helps teams solve problems through problem domain expertise.
- Track interesting trends on emerging product offerings that are relevant to business.

Requirements
|
|
- BS/MS with an MBA(preferred) with at least 3 years of experience, preferably from an online/internet/e-commerce background
- Must have prior product management experience. Experience with B2B/B2C environments would be a plus
- Strong product orientation is a must, passion for the internet is key
- Ability to think creatively with strong execution skills
- Energetic / pleasant personality; ability to work at a cross functional level within the organization
- Strong team player
- Strong written and oral presentation / communication skills
- Good analytical skills with ability to track and manage targets
- Able to work under pressure and to demanding deadlines
