Position: Product Manager

Location- Gurgaon

 

Key Responsibilities

 

 

As a Product Manager, the position will be responsible for driving the Online Strategy for the organization. He/she will be responsible for executing the Business/Customer need by integrating with the Technology/ Engineering Teams.

A core member in the senior management, he will be an “Out of the Box” thinker, conceptualize new product ideas and deliver them to customers. He will enhance user experience and customer stickiness.

  • Responsible for the product conceptualization, definition, planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
  • To provide better user experience. Drive and have a passion for customer and user engagement and research required for new products and ongoing improvements and define delighting factors that will make the product a unique, indispensable solution for customers.
  • Interface with the clients to understand their requirements & provide customized services, within time/cost & quality parameters.
  • Measure impact of all deliveries and back it up with appropriate data. Constantly iterating on product offerings based on feedback & data
  • Create new offerings by demonstrating cohesive end-to-end thinking and partner closely with cross functional teams to define the work required to successfully deliver and realize a winning offering.
  • Be the expert for a complete product solutions space by thoroughly knowing the product functionality, constraints, business process, value, customer profile and industry domain (across core processes), how it’s used, and where it meets or fails to meet customer needs, helps teams solve problems through problem domain expertise.
  • Track interesting trends on emerging product offerings that are relevant to business.

 

Requirements

 


  • BS/MS with an MBA(preferred) with at least 3 years of  experience, preferably from an online/internet/e-commerce background
  • Must have prior product management experience.  Experience with B2B/B2C environments would be a plus
  • Strong product orientation is a must, passion for the internet is key
  • Ability to think creatively with strong execution skills
  • Energetic / pleasant personality; ability to work  at a cross functional level within the organization
  • Strong team player
  • Strong written and oral presentation / communication skills
  • Good analytical skills with ability to track and manage targets
  • Able to work under pressure and to demanding deadlines

  •  ERP- Microsoft Navision exposure is Desirable. Expertise is in ERP for at least one of the following Modules :  Supply chain, Accounting and Order lifecycle management.
  • Technical Product manager – Techno functional back ground, Exposure to Distributed and remote applications management and conceptualization
  • Payment gateway – Expert understanding of Payment gateways , Optimization, metrics and measurement.
  • Social Media – A social media Animal, Strong hold on how to take websites Viral, able to identify  such opportunities and features
  • Search – Exposure to Search algos, Search Optimization , relevance score improvements , Search Metrics . Exposure to Solr and Lucene is a Must
  • Analytics – Should have exposure to Web analytics, Metric measurement and Improvement , conversion / retention and management etc.
     

 

Position: Sr. Manager Distribution Operations

Location- Gurgaon

 

Key Responsibilities

 

 

  • Overall Responsible for Distribution
  • Owner of the performance of LSP for  transportation across the country
  • Responsible for reverse logistics movement and managing customer expectation.
  • Responsible for complete transportation management including vendor pick up, reverse movements.
  • Owner for all the statutory norms to be followed  by all  the service providers
  • Responsible for bringing in innovative transportation techniques, processes, SOP, KPI of the vendors
  • Responsible for the country wide distribution and transportation matrix new initiatives around the distribution  activities
  • Responsible for all the collections (COD), claims etc.
  • Responsible for vendor satisfaction and also collection of all the documents of delivery and others from all the vendors as per the norms.
  • Member of the Core Operations team and expected to be responsible for the overall  customer and consumer experience
  • Ensure all supplier pickups are done at the least cost and within the TAT defined
  • Responsible for developing our own logistics network for the last mile deliveries

 

Requirements

 


  • Over all operational experience of about 10+ years out of which min of 8 years in distribution from a reputed company preferably from Distribution, E-Commerce , Retail
  • Good man management skills and knowledge
  • Good leadership skills
  • Should have managed a good size of team
  • Should be composed and ready to take up pressure
  • Should have held responsibility of Pan India at least for few years
  • Should be a graduate while an MBA would be an added advantage
  • Should be adaptable and ready for fast pace growth
  • Should have good statutory knowledge of sales tax, road permits and other government norms. Reporting
  • Will report to the VP Supply chain.
